No powder-output or the amount below the capacity

Powder-locking device is not sealed-up.
Shovels worn out.

To check and make it sealed-up
To replace the worn shovels

Powder too rough or too fine

Vanes worn out and can not function in separating.
Air flow is not right.

Replace the vanes and increase airflow for finer powder.
Reduce airflow if powder is too fine.

The electric current and the heat of the main motor goes up, the current of the blower comes down.

Too much stuff fed, the flow channel blocked, pipes not working well, etc.

To reduce feeding amount, to clear-up the flow channel, to reduce the moisture through the pipeline.

Abnormal noise and too much vibration of the grinder

Too small amount of stuff fed, the grinder and transmission away from coaxial, bolts loosened, too hard material processed. Rollers and rings distorted, etc.

To adjust the amount fed, to remedy the away-from-coaxial, to replace rollers and ring.

Vibration of blower

Too much powder on vanes, vanes worn out, and fastening-bolts loosened.

To get rid of powder on the vanes, to fix the bolts

Heat-up of transmission and separator’s oil-case

Oil is too sticky and too thick, pump not functioning properly.

To check and ensure right oil used, to check turning direction of the separator.

Rollers and axle easy to be worn out

Shortage of oil, or oil leakage, short of maintenance for too long.

To fill oil and change oil on time, to clear up and replace oil-seal regularly
