High pressure micro-powder mill is of high efficiency like air current mill, as it is developed basing on our engineer’s long time research on the industrial mills and hydrodynamics theory, thus high cost of application of air current mill in our country ends. The mill is mainly used to grind and crush the ordinary non-explosive and non-inflammable materials with Mohs hardness below 6 and moisture blow 8%, like kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, barite, gypsum, ferric oxide, aluminum hydroxide, paint, porcelain clay, coal, active carbon, etc.

Structure Characteristic:
High pressure micro-powder mill mainly consists of mill, blower, superfine powder collector, bag filter and air pipe. If the customer requires, the mill can be equipped with elevator, hopper, electric control panel, feeder, crusher and other accessory equipments.

Performance Characteristic：
1. Its application range is larger than air current mill.
2. Compared with the mills of the same series, the pressure from roller to materials is increased by 800-1200Kg with the function of high pressure spring.
3. Energy saving. Under the same capacity and same size of final product, the power consumption is one third of air current mill.
4. Small investment, but high beneficiation. Under the same capacity and same size of final product, the price is only one eighth of that of air current mill.
5. The feeding size is big, and the size of final product can reach <6.5um super fine powder directly.
6. The eclipsed form multiple seal device keeps the mills in good airproof condition.
7. The effect of dedusting is conformed with the national standard .

Maintenance：
1. The central bearing of the mill should be oiled every 4 shifts and once a month for the bearing of the blower.
2. The temperature in the bearing housing should not be over 70 degree.
3. The bearing of the roller and the bearing housing should be clean before rollers’ changing.
4. Certain space should be kept when the bearing is installed.
