High pressure suspension Grinder
High Pressure Suspension Mill is developed with great concentration by Mr. Bai Yinghui, general manager of our company, based on long times of super fine powder making. The grinding machine opens a new era of high efficiency and low energy consumption in international powder making industry.
Working Principal of High Pressure Suspension Mill:
Inside the mainframe of High Pressure Suspension Mill, there are high pressure springs with a pressure of 1000-1500KG installed on the roller suspender. Rollers rotate around the principal axis and roll around the ring after the mill starts, the rolling pressure of which is as high as 1.2 times of that of Raymond Mill under same power conditions so the capacity increased by a large extent.
Materials be put into the space between the rollers and ring by shovels after be fed into the grinding chamber. Grinded powders go up into the separator together with the cyclone made by the blower, powders which meet the requirement be suck into the cyclone powder collector as finished product, coarse particles fall into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The cyclone goes back to the blower for another round; some wind goes into the bag dust collector.
When the rollers and ring wear by a certain extent, adjust the length of high pressure springs to keep the fixed grinding pressure between the rollers and ring, so the stable capacity and fineness is sured.
Structure introduction of High Pressure Suspension Mill:
High Pressure Suspension mill is mainly made up of the mainframe, the fineness separator, the blower, finished powder cyclone collector, bag dust remover and connecting pipes, etc. According to users need, the mill can also be equipped with accessory equipments like crusher, bucket elevators, hopper, electromagnetic vibrating feeder and switch box, etc. Inside the mainframe, the roller subassembly is suspended on the roller suspender through horizontal supporting axis, and the roller suspender fixed up with the main shaft and shovel stand. Located outside of the roller bearing house, the pressure springs make rollers push down the inside surface of ring through horizontal supporting axis. Shovels installed on the shovel stand and rollers rotate together when the motor drives main shaft through transmission device and the rollers rolls appressed the inside surface of ring and rotate at the same time. The separator impellers are driven by motor through transmission device to rotate, more higher the speed of separator impellor, more fine the powders been separated.
Advantages of High pressure Suspension Mill:
1.Under the same power the capacity can be increased by 10-20% compared with other mills. Grinding pressure of rollers for materials can be increased by 800-1200KG under the pressure of high pressure springs.
2.All mining materials under Mohs hardness 9.3 can be processed.
3.The finished product has a wide size range, ranging from 0.613mm(30 mesh) to 0.013mm(1000mesh), usually 0.333mm(425mesh).
4.Dust removing efficiency can meet the national standard easily.
5.The powder separator can be adjusted easily.
6.The grinding equipment is airproofed overlappedly and multilevelly.
What should notice:
1.Install a 1.5-2 tons suspending device for repair when building the workshop.
2.The mainframe and blower should be put on the concrete base horizontally. After the mill is installed, dig a hole and fill concrete for the cyclone powder collector and dust collector.
3.use the airproof underlay between flanges of connecting pipes when installing the grinding machine.
