Working Principle of this grinding mill
Gearbox drives main shaft, which connects with suspending frame. Roller devices is installed on the suspending frame. It rotates around main shaft, and around ring. Also it rotates by itself because of friction. Shovel system is installed below suspending frame and below roller. Shovel through material into space between ring and roller while it rotates together with roller. The material is ground into powder by squeezing because of eccentric force.
Whole system of TGM grinding mill includes main mill, classifier, pipe, blower, filter, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, hopper, vibrating feeder, electric control panel, etc. It is used to grind inflammable, non-explosive material of hardness below 9 Mohs, of moisture below 6%, mainly used in metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, mining, etc.
Characteristics of this grinding mill
1 The upper, the larger diameter. Ladder shape of roller and ring reduces the down speed of material, extend grinding time, and increase efficiency.
